services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree

- Services: We provide various IT services, including but not limited to software development, website development, IT consulting, and technical support. The specific details of the services will be outlined in the agreement between the Company and the User.
- Payment: Payment terms will be agreed upon between the Company and the User and outlined in the service agreement. The User agrees to pay all fees and charges associated with the services as specified in the agreement.
- Intellectual Property: Any software, code, designs, or other intellectual property developed by the Company during the provision of services shall remain the property of the Company unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information shared during the course of the services. This includes but is not limited to business strategies, trade secrets, and client information.
- Warranties: The Company warrants that it will provide services with reasonable care and skill. However, the Company does not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free. The User agrees that the use of the services is at their own risk.
- Limitation of Liability: In no event shall the Company be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the services. The maximum liability of the Company shall not exceed the total amount paid by the User for the services.
- Indemnification: The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in any way connected with the User's use of the services.
- Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, the User agrees to pay any outstanding fees owed to the Company for services rendered.
- Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
- Changes to Terms: The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Users are encouraged to review the Terms periodically for updates.
